Coordinated Venue Setup An integrated, functional layout was created to welcome and guide participants in a professional, modern environment consistent with the event’s visual identity. Key elements: • Entrance and External Signage Large PVC banners and teardrop flags (height 350cm) marking main entrances and key areas for immediate visibility. • Totem stands and double-sided panels placed strategically to guide visitors throughout the event spaces. • Custom window and entrance decals reinforcing branding and visual identity. • Indoor Setup • Registration area: a box with 4 custom backdrops (500 x 300 cm each) at the entrance to greet participants with clear communication. • Vertical and Floor Signage: floor stickers, informative panels, and step-riser branding to ease navigation across pavilions and conference rooms. • Exhibition spaces: printed informational panels and PVC banners of various sizes to segment and identify stands and activities. • Special Areas • Podium and Video Wall Personalization at Generali Auditorium • Welcome Desk (100 x 100 cm) and large welcome panels in registration areas • Connecting walkway between Warehouses 27 and 28 with informational panels • Rooms for sessions and networking: floor decals and signage for plenary sessions, B2B, and scientific posters • Monitors for info updates • Photowall for the press office, for video interviews with BSO guests The setup was designed to optimize the use of the Generali Convention Center Trieste, creating an immersive, user-friendly experience for participants from all over Europe.
