These channels carried targeted content about the BSBF calls (with approaching deadlines) and European Roadshow dates, designed to encourage registration and stakeholder involvement through steady information. Communication covered a wide range of audiences, from scientific to industrial, institutional, business, and media, as stated in the Communication Plan. Between February and October 2024, the Communication Team produced: • 39 News in English : Published in the Press & Media Room of the BSBF site upon approval by BSBF Management. • 19 Press Releases : Written in Italian and English, distributed via a selected mailing list, complemented by recall activities via email and phone. • 10 Newsletters : Sent out periodically. • 9 Video & Written Interviews prior to the event and 35 onsite interviews with key BSBF figures. • National Press Conference on September 19, 2024 , at Palazzo della Regione in Trieste with about 40 journalists, as confirmed by press coverage. Additionally, 243 clippings in various national and international outlets were recorded. The team attended meetings with Confindustria, both for the promotional webinar (June 19) and the national presentation in Turin (September 5) at the Unione Industriali, coordinating with press offices of the Friuli Venezia Giulia Region, Unione Industriali, Confindustria Alto Adriatico, and the Chamber of Commerce. Joint press releases were then issued, with simultaneous social media coverage, working alongside the Social Media Manager. With assistance from BSO and ABSO press offices, a comprehensive Press Kit was created, including texts, bios, videos, and images provided by the 10 BSOs and 9 ABSOs, for official communications (also included in the Book Programme and BSBF Intro Video). The Press Kit was shared with all press offices, BSO, ABSO, and Research Agencies, and posted on the bsbf.org Press & Media Kit page. All materials were archived on a shared drive, cloud, and website. Promotion, Communication, and Press Office 5.2.4.
