Onsite Activities Two areas were available for communication: • A Press room for journalists from BSOs and various local and national media outlets • A Press office for the communication team, along with professional photographers and videomakers Specifically, two videomaker teams were hired: 1. One produced interviews with BSO representatives in a dedicated corner/studio 2. One created an emotional highlight video, screened at the event closing A designated setup for official photos and video interviews was also arranged. Additionally, two photographers documented both the conference and social events. LinkedIn https://www.linkedin.com/company/bsbf2024/ Followers – Last 365 days Data Analysis During the indicated period, there was a steady increase in followers, growing more pronounced as the event approached, driven by ongoing management of the LinkedIn channel. On this channel, content was published relating to promotion and lead-up activities for the Big Science Business Forum (Road to BSBF), as well as video interviews with key participants and reports on activities and meetings. The approach involved engaging the Big Science community by tagging companies and stakeholders, thereby triggering interaction and mutual visibility. The highest spike in follower acquisition occurred during the event itself. This was partly due to the typical rise in interest among participants who began following the official channels to stay informed, and partly due to real-time coverage of the event: photo galleries highlighting key moments of the gathering were posted, alongside video interviews filmed at the event, directly involving prominent figures. The following slides illustrate the peaks in visits, clicks, and interactions precisely during BSBF, demonstrating that in addition to the preparatory initiatives, live coverage of the event is undoubtedly an important element. + 44% Promotion, Communication, and Press Office
